Farmers Markets (Scotland)  

You can buy from us at the following Farmers Markets:                                                   Stirling FM, Maxwell Place, 2nd Saturday monthly 9am to 2pm.                                            Dunfermline FM 2nd Saturday monthly, end of High Street and by park entrance.                          Falkirk FM, High Street, 2nd Sunday monthly.   Dundee FM Reform Street, just off City Square, 3rd Saturday.                                              Please phone us at least a week before a farmers market  if you have any special orders. 

Special Events Look out for us at the Dundee and Flower Food Festival - Food Marquee, Camperdown Park, by Dundee, September 1 - 3, 2006.

Delivery:  We dispatch orders on a Thursday, to arrive Friday, via a reliable parcel delivery service such as Initial City Link.    Delivery is usually within one and three weeks following confirmation of your order and payment. All orders are acknowledged shortly after receipt, and we agree on a suitable delivery date with you.

The time between order and delivery ensures that your beef has been properly matured to guarantee a prime quality product. If  you need an order urgently or would prefer a different day for delivery please ask and we will do our very best to help. 

Packaging : Your order arrives packed in an insulated box with refrigerant to keep it chilled. On arrival please unpack your meat as soon as possible and refrigerate until consumption or freezing by the use-by date. Our vacuum packed Highland Beef is ideal for home freezing as it has not been previously frozen. 

Guarantee : We take great pride in our product and every care to ensure your satisfaction, but in the unlikely event your order does not arrive in good condition, please contact us immediately to arrange a replacement or refund. 
Any omissions or errors must be notified to us within 24 hours of delivery.
